Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Shared with Me application and website,
provided by MITROVIC PTY LTD.
1) Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for internal business purposes during your licence term.
2) Restrictions
- No resale or sublicensing
- No reverse engineering
- No circumvention of licence limits
3) Trials
Trials are provided “as is” and may be withdrawn at any time.
4) Fees and billing
Licences are billed annually in advance. Fees are based on tenant size.
5) Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App remain with MITROVIC PTY LTD.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
